Accommodation & Travel

• Standard accommodation provided on twin/triple sharing basis.
• Requests for single occupancy or extra beds must be made in advance and may incur extra cost.
• AC or non-AC transport will be arranged based on destination and package.

Identification

• All participants must carry valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport).
• Failure to present ID may result in denied service without refund.

Changes & Delays

• Itinerary may be modified due to weather, politics, or operational issues.
• Additional costs due to such changes are the traveler’s responsibility.

Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Hooghly District Court, West Bengal.
